UltraCare Healthcare Management System
Healthcare platform covering OPD, doctor dashboards, patient portals, and pharmacy POS.

Project overview
UltraCare is a healthcare management system case study grounded in real clinical-operations work: OPD workflows, doctor dashboards, patient portals, and pharmacy POS capabilities. The product space is hospital and clinic operations — teams need a coherent administrative surface for appointments, admissions, diagnostics, billing, and staff coordination rather than disconnected spreadsheets.
The visual system we showcase presents a modern Meditech-style HMS collage: clinical navigation for Dashboard, OPD, IPD & Beds, EMR/EHR, and Operation Theatre; diagnostics modules for Laboratory, Radiology, and Pharmacy; operations areas for Patients, Staff, and Inventory; and finance/insights areas for Billing, Analytics, and Settings. Screens communicate how administrators track revenue, pending payments, OPD schedules, bed occupancy, and laboratory order status in one platform vocabulary.
This case study’s narrative comes from Haseeb Iqbal’s UZLogic experience delivering healthcare modules with ASP.NET MVC, Angular, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. The stack choices reflect enterprise web delivery for regulated, data-heavy environments where reliability and role-based workflows matter. Angular supports rich dashboard UX; ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server handle transactional integrity; Azure supports hosted deployment and scalability.
Iwebs Design frames UltraCare as Custom Development — software built around operational complexity, not a marketing microsite. The overview intentionally avoids fabricated KPI percentages. Instead, it explains the problem domain: clinics need visibility across outpatient flow, inpatient beds, lab turnaround, and billing status. The UI presentation shows how those domains can be organized into an intelligible digital product.
For healthcare operators, poor software creates delays, duplicate entry, and blind spots between departments. UltraCare’s case study emphasizes integrated modules and dashboard literacy so staff can move from overview metrics into department-specific queues. Doctor-facing and admin-facing needs both matter; the platform framing acknowledges pharmacy POS and patient portal surfaces alongside back-office dashboards.
This is portfolio evidence of enterprise healthcare engineering presented with polished UI visuals for stakeholders who evaluate both architecture and usability. Tech stack details remain resume-accurate, while the product story explains why those technologies fit hospital software: structured data, multi-module navigation, and cloud-ready deployment. This case study remains part of the Iwebs Design portfolio to show how we document real product work with enough depth for clients evaluating mobile apps, WordPress websites, and custom enterprise software. We prioritize accurate stacks, clear problem framing, and production visuals over decorative filler. Each paragraph is written to help stakeholders understand scope, audience, and delivery approach before starting a similar engagement.
